Mission Statement 

The mission of Sun Valley Club is to provide senior citizens with an affordable lifestyle in an upscale, gated RV park. Sun Valley Club is an opportunity for seniors to transition from a larger home to a smaller one to accommodate retirement budgets and fewer responsibilities in maintaining a home.  Of paramount importance is a friendly environment where residents can develop strong, supportive friendships and enjoy park activities and events..

Sun Valley Club is sponsored and managed by experienced members of the real estate community.

Robert Farris, a Managing Member, designed the niche market development project and will serve as the sole developer.  He has vast experience in multi-family residential properties, shopping centers, office buildings, hospital units and as a land developer. Farris's career was launched in real estate with more than 200 syndications and the purchase, ownership and management of over $220 million in real estate holdings.

Tracy Tran, a Managing Member, has been engaged for more than a decade in the buying, selling, flipping and management of residental and commercial properties. She has owned single and multi-family residential properties and small shopping centers valued at nearly $50 million.
