Robert Farris, a Managing Member, designed the Sun Valley Club niche market development project and will serve as the sole developer.  Bob Farris was one of Texas’s leading real estate syndicators. He has a wide range of experiences and skills in real estate development and investments, banking, electronic funds transfer processing, technology, and as a commercial drone and private aircraft pilot. Known as a brilliant visionary and business strategist, he is a much sought after consultant.

Forming more than 220 property and investing partnerships, Bob acquired a portfolio in excess of $400 million with properties in Texas, Colorado, Tennessee, and Georgia. He formed a management team of professionals in property renovation, supplies, logistics and property management, and sales with more than 500 employees. He has built vacation homes, managed and supervised home building operations and sales, developed single family residential subdivisions, owned a mortgage company and sat on the board of a savings and loan. For more than a decade he was an electronic funds transfer processor for debit cards. Intrigued by drones, he became a FAA Part 107 commercial drone pilot. His skills are invaluable for surveying land contours and water drainage for properties being considered for purchase while his skill in volumetrics is invaluable for the development and construction phases. For fun, he has been a private aircraft pilot since the age of 14.
